Bury Something Precious.

- 'Brideshead Revisited', Evelyn Waugh, 1945.
What’s better than an ice cream on a sunny day? Two scoops of Italian gelato in an incredibly well-branded and carefully thought out ice cream parlour called Gelato Gusto, complete with scrubbed wood tables and Plumen light fittings.

Ps. I chose (and photographed) their Pistachio and Malteser flavours.

GOA Healthy Yoghurt’s brilliantly bold and appealing packaging, designed by Isabela Rodriques, is totally arresting no? See more of Isabela’s super branding work here, and her illustration portfolio here.

Ideal for a hot summer day, I’ll be keeping an eye out for these over the next few months.

"Goa is a healthy yogurt made with only fresh & delicious ingredients. The coolest thing that yogurt is that you can freeze it and make it frozen.

Don’t just watch! Take one.”

Slamsey’s Fruit Gin is available in a great range of flavours, with each variety looking equally delicious. With thoughtfully detailed branding provided by the UK-based B&B studio, this product is "countryside-inspired, but stylish enough to grace the city’s hippest bars." - Lovely Package.

Designed by Dynamo, this is Typochocolate. I have long loved all things lettering and typography, and who doesn’t like chocolate? Beautifully thought out and executed, I would like to request one of each kind. Thank you. If you can bear to, see more photographs over here, at The Dieline.

Whilst I’m not a huge fan of tea (I prefer my caffeine to come in the form of coffee, or Diet Coke), I could hardly pass up an opportunity to post such wonderful images of design brilliance. One Darnley Road have branded the ‘Pavilion’ range of tea in such a way that even I might drink it, should I ever get the chance. Everything about Amelia Rope’s chocolate has been meticulously thought through. From the flavours to the packaging, this a seriously impressive range of confectionery. (It was my deep love of all things rose-related that led me to this particular bar, but the others in this flavoured chocolate range look equally pleasing too)

I have long loved Lovely Package, and the collection of designs that they have curated. The above was designed by an American student, Amy Dick, for the Bourbon company ‘Dapper’.

"Dapper is a small batch bourbon company that combines vintage with modern. It is for the contemporary gentleman. The whiskey should not only be suited for a gentleman but the packaging should also accessorize the modern gentleman. The name Dapper was influenced by the slang word used in 1920′s. The labels were created with an elegant touch of linen textured paper and the use of metallic lettering." - Lovely Package.

Adam Hill’s designs for Mad Brew are brilliant - there’s a subtle difference between the identity’s for each branch of the company, but Hill has maintained a running theme throughout that really, really works.

"The client loved the aesthetic of a traveling Victorian salesman and the concept of one entity ‘wearing many hats’ was used to neatly package the three brands together." - Adam Hill.

"GIVE Water is a fast-growing beverage brand on a mission. Consumers can choose from four varieties of GIVE: GIVE Hope, to women with breast cancer; GIVE Love, to protect our environment; Give Strength, to fight muscular disorders; GIVE Life, to children in need. Each bottle sold puts 10 cents in the pocket of a local charity focused on one of the four causes."
The excellent branding work behind these charitable bottles of water is the handiwork of the design company Little Big Brands, and you can get more information about the re-design here.
